We are in the business of developing and marketing solar and wind-powered energy products and solutions for utility-grade and commercial applications. Our management team has over 30 years’ combined experience in managing public companies, product development, and sales and marketing. In addition to developing and distributing unique green products, we are joint venturing with landowners to build solar farms, initially concentrating on solar power installations in Arizona and Texas.

We were founded as a private company in February 2005 and became a fully-reporting public company in March 2007. Our common stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the trading symbol “GWSC”.
