Eric D. Johnson – Chairman of the Board (2005-Present)

Eric Johnson has held senior management positions with both public and private companies including experience in financial management. During the last ten years he has founded companies focusing on innovative technologies, including Aegis Assessments, Inc., a wireless communications technology company; a company which developed and patented a portable wind and solar charger; and GWS Technologies, Inc., an alternative energy company developing and marketing solar and wind-powered renewable energy products and solutions. Mr. Johnson's prior experience includes six years in U.S. Army Military Intelligence. After leaving the U.S. Army, Mr. Johnson joined Equity Services, Inc., a national full service broker-dealer as a registered representative. Mr. Johnson held Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses and provided financial planning and investment advisory services to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.


Richard C. Reincke – President and Chief Executive Officer (2005-Present)

Richard Reincke is the Company’s President and CEO. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company including executing its business plan to joint venture solar and wind farms, and negotiating and managing distribution channels for the Company’s solar and wind products. Mr. Reincke directs the development of new proprietary renewable energy products and technologies. He has expertise in managing the design and manufacture of new products and technologies, including wireless communications equipment and portable solar and wind products, from prototype to commercial production. He is also the Company’s primary liaison with the media. Mr. Reincke was formerly the President of Aegis Assessments, Inc., a public company which developed an innovative wireless communications system for first responders. He appeared as an expert speaker at “The MoneyShow.com” in 2009 and participated in a panel discussion as an expert in alternative energy investment opportunities. Mr. Reincke has extensive experience in managing public and private businesses and has served as an officer and director of GWS Technologies, Inc. since its formation in February 2005. He served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer through March 2008, at which time he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Reincke attended Michigan State University as a National Merit Scholar.


Michael Coskun - Vice President (2007 to present)

Michael Coskun is currently spearheading several Company initiatives aimed at developing utility-scale wind and solar farms in the American Southwest. Mr. Coskun is developing relationships with qualified manufacturers in the emerging green technology market and negotiating with utility companies and commercial customers to build solar farms across the southwestern United States. Mr. Coskun is also in charge of negotiating GWS’s power purchase agreements. He has been the Company's primary liaison with federal and state government agencies. Mr. Coskun is responsible for developing the Company's strategies regarding "green" and renewable energy initiatives.

Mr. Coskun graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.A. in political science. As a university student, Mr. Coskun participated in a College of Liberal Arts research project that investigated methods of making fuel cells more economically feasible for mass distribution. He also participated in developing proposed legislation regarding energy tax credits. Mr. Coskun previously worked for the leadership at the Arizona House of Representatives in Phoenix. Mr. Coskun’s experience includes working for former United States Congressmen from Arizona, J.D. Hayworth (2006), current United States Senator and former Republican Presidential candidate John McCain of Arizona (2005), and current United States Senator Jon Kyl of Arizona (2005). He worked for the leadership of the Arizona House of Representatives, including doing research on energy policy issues for the staff and policy advisors of the Arizona Speaker of the House James Weiers in 2007.


Gus Frederick Shouse – Solar and Wind Farm Project Manager

Gus Shouse is the Company’s Project Manager for development of the Company’s planned solar farms, wind farms and other alternative energy power production projects. He has managed large-scale power generation projects and has expertise and experience in project management, design and construction of photovoltaic solar systems, wind turbine installations, and other renewable energy technologies. Mr. Shouse has over 35 years’ experience as an electrical contractor and project manager. In 2005-2007, Mr. Shouse managed the construction of (1) a 2,900 square meter structure and 400 kW photovoltaic system for Timberland Manufacturing in Ontario, California; (2) an 800 kW on-site cogeneration and heat recovery system for Morgan Stanley’s 21-story building in Glendale, California; (3) a transitional power system for the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms; (4) a 1.2 MW on-site cogeneration facility for the United States Post Office Distribution facility in San Bernardino, California; and (5) a 7-hectare methane recovery facility at the SWACO (Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio) landfill including the installation of a 70 kW micro-turbine site and providing engineering assistance for a bio-fuel plant.

From 1972 to 1993 Mr. Shouse owned and managed Community Electric Service, Inc., a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association which operated several divisions: Commercial Property, Industrial, Mining, Utilities, Service, Lighting, Direct Generation and Hospitals. He also served as president of CES, Inc., a residential electrical contracting company which installed wiring in more than 10,000 residential units per year. From 1993 to 2003 Mr. Shouse was the Chief Operating Officer and qualifying party under the contractor’s license for Western Electrical Services, Inc., which installed over 15 cogeneration power systems in California. Mr. Shouse was appointed to and served on the State of California Contractors Licensing Board. He was the National President of the National Electrical Craftsmen and served as a Board member of that trade association for twelve years. Mr. Shouse was also appointed by former U.S. President Ronald Reagan to serve on a committee that studied remediation for damages caused by Hurricane Hugo (1989) and prepared a report to Congress estimating the cost to rebuild and repair vital infrastructure in South Carolina.
